As a member, you pay a low monthly fee, which gives you direct access to our providers via office visits, virtual visits, phone calls, text messages or emails 24/7. We recommend a membership even if you have insurance. This is because medical costs can add up quickly. Your membership includes all your primary care services and several other medical procedures and testing as well. If a service is not included, you will receive an automated online invoice where you can choose to use your insurance if you prefer, and we are happy to help you with that.

Yes, Star City Medical will see children for sick visits and sports/school physicals.

Yes! We are happy to see you in-person, but we understand that sometimes it is easier to get in touch with your doctor on the go! We will give you the tools to speak to one of our providers from your home, the office or even while you are on vacation.

Not at all! In fact, Star City Medical prides itself on offering the most competitive prices for many medications. With an in-house pharmacy, our goal is to optimize convenience for you. It allows our patients to grab their prescriptions right after their appointments, eliminating that stop on the way home.

At Star City Medical, we proudly offer a full spectrum of services geared toward women’s health. From pap smears to breast cancer screenings, menstrual disorders & menopause treatment and family planning–we do it all except obstetrician care for pregnant women. In addition to standard blood work, our on-site lab is equipped to run other tests to record key metrics about your health such as blood cultures, urine analysis, STD and HIV testing, cholesterol monitoring, thyroid monitoring, hormone and glucose monitoring.
